Route 9W Stretch In Rockland Will Be Closed At Times For Nearly 2 Weeks: Here's When

A busy stretch of Route 9W will be closed at times for nearly two weeks during roadwork.

The New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) says the stretch of the roadway will be shut down in both directions beginning Monday, Sept. 23, through Friday, Oct. 4, to facilitate construction activities, weather permitting.

The work will be in Clarkstown between Short Clove Road and Route 304 inightly between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.
